We store feedback, votes, roadmap items, changelog drafts, customer context, and related evidence that you or your customers submit to the product.

How we use data

We use product data to provide the feedback board, roadmap, changelog, prioritization, notification, billing, and support features you request.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to understand product health, improve onboarding, and prevent abuse.

AI-assisted features

AI workflows are used to summarize feedback, prioritize requests, draft changelog content, and explain decisions. These features are metered through transparent plan credits.

Do not submit secrets, regulated personal information, or sensitive customer data unless you have the rights and controls required for your own use case.

Service providers

FeedbackSignal uses trusted infrastructure and SaaS providers for authentication, hosting, database, analytics, billing, email delivery, and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Your choices
