These terms describe the baseline rules for using FeedbackSignal. They are written plainly so teams can understand the service before creating a workspace.
Using FeedbackSignal
You are responsible for the feedback, customer context, roadmap content, and changelog content you add to your workspace.
You may not use FeedbackSignal to upload unlawful content, abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
Workspace and customer data
Your workspace data remains yours. FeedbackSignal provides tools to collect, organize, prioritize, and communicate around that data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you submit is collected and processed under appropriate permissions for your business.
Billing and plan changes
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan changes, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods are managed through the billing portal where available.
AI decision credits and feature limits are tied to your selected plan. Some plan changes may prorate according to Stripe settings.
AI output
AI-assisted summaries, scores, and drafts are decision support. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them with customers or using them as the basis for product commitments.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FeedbackSignal available and useful, but the service may change as we improve features, infrastructure, pricing, or integrations.
